Free Discovery Session

Our Free Discovery Session is quite unique in that we cover a LOT of ground and bring an enormous amount of value, whether you decide to train with us or not.

The first thing we do is talk about your goals: where you are, right now, and where you would like to be in the future. Whether your goals is to slim down and feel better, add slabs of muscle, compete in weightlifting, powerlifting, or strongman, play at the top of your game in your sport, or eliminate a nagging pain and move freely, it’s important for both you and us to know exactly what you’d like to achieve so we can best support you in getting there.

Once we’ve talked about your goals we’ll conduct the actual Discovery Session. This is unique in that we look at movement: how you’re currently moving, what movements are painful, what movements need to be corrected. We’ll determine your injury history and see what may be preventing you from moving the way you need to be. We’ll look at mobility as well as perform a few performance tests.

Finally, after we’ve gathered all the information we need, we’ll create a specific program to work with any limitations you may have, correct poor movement patterns, and ultimately help you achieve your goals, pain-free.
