The first thing we do is talk about your goals: where you are, right now, and where you would like to be in the future. Whether your goals is to slim down and feel better, add slabs of muscle, compete in weightlifting, powerlifting, or strongman, play at the top of your game in your sport, or eliminate a nagging pain and move freely, it’s important for both you and us to know exactly what you’d like to achieve so we can best support you in getting there.
Finally, after we’ve gathered all the information we need, we’ll create a specific program to work with any limitations you may have, correct poor movement patterns, and ultimately help you achieve your goals, pain-free.
