Force Barbell’s Strength Squad provides a competitive atmosphere for athletes in the sports of Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Strongman. Athletes participating in Strength Squad Team Training are expected to not only train for their sport(s) of choice, but are also expected to compete in meets at a minimum of once a year.
Strength Squad athletes enjoy the fun, friendly, and welcoming community that exists in the strength sport community. Many of the clients who choose this option are former athletes that have built a training base throughout their athletic career and still have a competitive desire without a competitive release. Others got into strength training early on, have found it to be their true passion, and want to see how far they can push the limits of what a human is capable of.
However you came to enjoy lifting, we don’t care. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you are about, as long as you enjoy moving weight and aren’t a complete turd cutter.
