Many times people think that corrective exercise has to be a long drawn out series of exercises in order to see improvement. That is just not the case. Often times we can use simple tools to help our athletes move better.
One of the most common observations made during an overhead squat assessment is the athlete moving with an excessive forward lean. Most post-test protocols call for a series of corrective exercises to fix the issue. The series of exercises may work, but what if we can get to the end result quicker?
